PALLADIUM END-USER INSTRUCTOR LED CLASSROOM TRAINING COURSES

DM Accounting’s Palladium classroom training courses cover the practical hands-on training needed by a user to fully understand the functionality of the Palladium software. These are 1-day training courses offered per student. Each student will have access to their own computer and will be required to complete the structured training exercises from the training guide under the supervision of a certified Palladium instructor. The exercises covered in the training are carefully selected examples that are taken from real life practical day to day implementations done by the DM Accounting consultants and cover the situations met by most Palladium users in a real life work scenario. A training manual and a Certificate of completion will be provided on completion of the training. The training courses are run at any of the Cresta group of hotels. Training session can also be conducted at a client’s premises or a training venue chosen by the client (For those clients who want to use the training session for team building). The training courses are run either as a classroom group type training or as a one on one session. A student is required to complete the course before a certificate of completion is given to him or her.
